On Friday 24 July and 7 August, on the shores of Lake Serraia in Baselga di Piné, an exclusive gastronomic experience awaits you in an evocative open-air location. An event dedicated to those who want to spend an evening of elegance, good food and the unique atmosphere of the Piné Plateau, where the beauty of the landscape is combined with the pleasure of conviviality. Guests will be welcomed with a refined dinner overlooking the lake, accompanied by an innovative menu that creatively reinterprets the authentic flavours of the area, enhancing local excellence. Making the evening even more special will be the live music of Miza Mayi & Jessica Cochis, who will accompany every moment with elegance and involvement. Participation is possible only by reservation. 

 

Below is the Menu:

WELCOME

  • Tartlet with salmon trout, parsley mayonnaise and Trentodoc caviar
  • Tartlet with wild bamboo, parsley mayonnaise and Trentodoc caviar
  • Crostino with gravlax of salmerino and dill 
  • Crouton with smoked beetroot, marinated yolk and chives 
  • Salty shortcrust pastry with trout liver pate and raspberry gel 
  • Salty shortcrust pastry with cardoncelli flan and porcini mushroom powder 

 

STARTER

  • Trout with sweet and sour grapes and potato foam cooked in his comic 
  • Grilled Fennel with Hay Potato Foam and Route 

 

BREAD SERVING 

  • Garda Pane oil focaccia with coffee and roasted hazelnuts 
  • Purple carrot and butter breadsticks by Malga Chiavarina 
  • Golden Drops Beekeeping Lime Honey Whipped Butter

 

FIRST COURSE

  • Creamed risotto with lake sardines and Garda lemon, beaten with alpine char and its eggs 
  • Creamed risotto with "el formai" delle Mandre, stewed chestnut mushrooms and cocoa grue 

 

SECOND COURSE

  • Wellington of salmon trout with white rosemary drink and wild herbs 
  • Aubergine katsu with miso, blackberry reduction and wild herbs 

 

DESSERT

  • White almond with buttermilk foam, meringue, reduction of raspberries and hibiscus flowers 

 

SMALL PASTRY SHOP

  • Crystallized candy with rose petals - "Cherry ?"
  • Grilled plum, elderberry and marigold flowers
