The "Pro Loco di Cimone" presents the initiative "Tasting Italy" on Saturday 23 November 2024 at the headquarters of the Frazione Covelo Public Park.
An evening dedicated to Italian flavours, with a menu based on game.
The tasting will begin with an appetizer of venison ham and wild boar speck, served on mixed vegetables and accompanied by a cranberry sauce. A rich risotto with quails and a salted roe deer with side dishes of potato sausage and oiled capusi will follow. To finish sweetly, a classic tiramisu will be served; drinks, wine and coffee not included.
