Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 5:30 pm at the Officina dell 'Autonomia (Via Tommaso Gar, 29, Trento)
Starting from the volume "Broken shoes and even if you have to go. A history of the Resistance in 30 objects", curated by Paola Boccalatte and Mirco Carrattieri (Biblion, 2024), the meeting proposes a reflection on the memory of the Resistance and its material legacy that intertwines very different histories, of armed resistance, deportation, civil resistance and political opposition. A dialogue on the role of memory linked to objects and on the activity of contemporary historical museums to preserve and enhance it.
