Labelling of packaged honey: guidelines to know and avoid penalties (14.30 – 16.00)
Starting from the analysis of the labels in the context of the 2023 Honey Competition in Trentino, the seminar will be an opportunity for reflection on the problems most encountered in the samples. The labels of packaged food products, and therefore also of honey, must comply with the relevant regulations, both in terms of content and form. The use of irregular labels can result in heavy penalties, which can be avoided with correct information.
