Eco-cultural walk through mills, craft beers and mysterious legends of the Piné Plateau
A walk that will take us to discover a little beaten and extremely fascinating corner of the Piné Plateau, where ancient crafts and crops have come back to life. Together with Mario and Enrico Moser, we will visit the historic Moser Mill in Prada and learn about the recovery and reactivation experience of this very interesting factory. We will continue our walk along the paths and silent woods of Dos de la Mot, together with Chiara Ioriatti, a medium mountain guide born and raised on the Plateau, and Anna Perdibon, an anthropologist and storyteller. Discover mysterious stories and legends of mills, forests and plant-related rituals in ancient and contemporary cultures.
At the end of our walk, we will reach the Birrificio-Pizzeria La Comparsa in Montagnaga, where Matteo Zanei will guide us on a visit to the microbrewery with a tasting of 3 craft beers accompanied by focaccia with Pinetana flour, ground right in the Prada mill.
