Trentodoc Altinum Tasting: Brut, Pas Dosè, Rosè, and Riserva paired with a platter of local cured meats. During the tasting, the characteristics and peculiarities of the entire Altinum Trentodoc line from Cantina Aldeno will be explored: a project that starts in the vineyard and continues in the cellar, with time as a key element that shapes the perlage, refines the aroma, and creates identity.
