A tasting journey dedicated to the new wineries associated with Trentodoc, to discover visions and territories but also emerging realities, entrepreneurial paths, and original interpretations that enrich the landscape of mountain bubbles. Conducted by Ilaria Lorini and Stefano Berzi, respectively, the Best Sommelier of Italy 2025 (currently) and 2021 of the Italian Sommelier Association.
The Trentodoc labels to be tasted will be published on the Trentodoc App five minutes before the event to allow the esteemed guests to consult the technical sheets and take their own notes.
