Refreshing hike that allows you to gain altitude to reach the small village of Garniga Nuova.
Adventurous trekking starting from the village of Aldeno, easily recognizable by the characteristic tall bell tower of the church of San Modesto, from which this original route begins, progressively ascending in altitude moving away from the urban center and exploring, at least in the first part of the route, the vineyards of the area before immersing in the total quiet of the green vegetation climbing the upper part of the Dossi, ridge at the base of Monte Bondone. From the Dossi the path gently rises until the forest opens again to guard the small village of Garniga Nuova, where the small Church of S.Osvaldo is nestled.
Observe how the environment transforms from the more urban area of Aldeno to the mountains that guard the small enchanted village of Garniga Nuova; the change is remarkable and represents the main features of Trentino’s flora and fauna: from the vineyards, whose fruits give life to precious wines telling a story strongly linked to our farming tradition, to the mountains, witnesses of an unspoiled environment to protect and thin lines separating the earth from the sky.
