Simple and pleasant route to discover the hidden gems of the municipality of Bedollo, from the best-known attractions to villages surrounded by nature.
From the sports center of Centrale di Bedollo, embark on a pleasant route towards ancient villages, churches, historic fountains, and areas of natural and scenic interest. Besides the charming hamlets of Bedollo (Piazze, Regnana, Brusago...), main attractions along the route are: Lago delle Piazze, Laghetto delle Buse, and the splendid view of the Plateau and its lakes from the village of Bedollo. Finally, with a detour on foot, you can reach the famous Cascata del Lupo, where you can admire the impressive waterfall dropping nearly 40 m among the rocks.
The first part of the route around Lago delle Piazze is suitable for everyone, including families with children; it is more challenging in the second part with a climb up to the village of Regnana.

It is possible, with a detour on foot, to reach the Cascata del Lupo from the Church of Piazze (Strada delle Strente is not passable due to works). The route can be shortened to the first loop, i.e. the simple circuit around Lago delle Piazze, or to the second, more challenging loop with the climb to the villages of Regnana and Pitoi with return via Brusago and Bedollo. The route can be travelled in both directions. Beware of crossing the SP 83 near the village of Cialini and of the cycle-pedestrian sections frequented by pedestrians.
