Renovated with new rooms, a reading room, a wellness area and more, the Bio Hotel Brusago is home to a restaurant dedicated to safeguarding the local gastronomic tradition and culture. The lunch offer is remarkable, with as many as 5 menus. In summer, vegetables harvested directly from the garden stand out. Dinner is always based on typical dishes including Spätzle with malga cheese cream, salted meat carpaccio with polenta, braised beef cheek with Teroldego and apple strudel.
