From the field to the laboratory, an ice cream parlor that takes small fruits directly from the greenhouse and turns them into delicious ice cream

Grigelateria La Cà sul Lago was founded with the aim of promoting and making known the value of the small fruits grown on the Altopiano di Piné; it is open in the summer months to follow the seasonality of the fruit produced by the farm that manages the ice cream bar.
The tastiest whole fruit is picked fresh in the morning, selected and taken directly to the laboratory where it is transformed into delicious ice creams served alongside natural Trentino yogurt, smoothies and milkshakes, juicy salads, and used to garnish homemade desserts or as a complement to a warm chocolate fondue. A short walk from the field to the ice cream workshop keeps the organoleptic and vitamin properties of the small fruits unchanged. Grigelateria is located a short distance from the greenhouses, 100 meters from Lake Serraia, along the lakes of the Plateau.
In sunny summer afternoons it is the reference point for swimmers who want to refresh their ideas with quality products.
