The fairytale farm where you can get to know the animals and taste their products
The Agritur "Le Mandre" is a family business, with an attached farm. Among cows, sheep, pigs and farm animals, the educational farm is an attraction for adults and children who want to spend an afternoon with their animal friends and visit the farm. The farm produces preserves and sausages and collects the milk needed to produce fragrant cheeses, fresh and aged. Some cheeses are also made from raw milk, as was once the case. In summer, artisanal ice cream with chocolate or berries is highly recommended, appreciated for its intense flavour and particular creaminess.
The products can be enjoyed directly on the farm and purchased at the internal point of sale, according to the logic of the short supply chain "from producer to consumer". The philosophy that characterizes this structure is sustainability, according to the motto "less quantity, more quality".
Of particular beauty is the location of the Agritur, with a traditional, accurate wooden environment and the magnificent view of the lakes of the Plateau of the Squares and Serraia.
