The restaurant offers typical local products offering a seasonal menu based essentially on 4 appetizers, 4 first courses, 4 main courses and 4 desserts and a novelty: the PINSA ROMANA, which is offered in a classic and gourmet version, can be accompanied by a careful selection of local wines and craft beers. 
It is located on Lake Serraia and overlooks it with two beautiful piers and panoramic windows.

"Pinsa Romana" is a reinterpretation of an ancient recipe dating back to the time of Ancient Rome, reworked thanks to modern ingredients and processing techniques.
The recipe, as an original idea, takes shape from an ancient product, which came from the peasant populations outside the walls, who, thanks to the grinding of cereals (millet, barley and spelt) with the addition of salt and aromatic herbs, cooked these mashed potatoes or focaccia. The term "Pinsa" derives, in fact, from the Latin "Pinsere": to lengthen, to crush. Over the centuries, this classic recipe has undergone several revisits, right up to the present day.
