With the Palon chairlift you can reach an altitude of 2098 m, with or without skis on your feet!
The view from up there is breathtaking, both in summer and in winter. The gaze sweeps 360° over the valleys below and can embrace the entire group of the nearby Brenta Dolomites in a single glance.
The ski lift starts at Vason, at 1650 metres and reaches Cima Palon at 2098 metres in 9'29' '.
At the top you can find the "Al Sole 2098" bar open where you can enjoy a niceaperitif in company.
In summer with hiking boots, from Cima Palon you can take the spectacular Mughi path from the north side to descend back to Vason, or the South Palon path on the south side that leads to Viote.
Winter with skis on your feet, go down the legendary Palon/Canalon slope or access the "Gran Pista" Rocce Rosse, one of the most beautiful slopes in the whole of Trentino: almost 4 km of adrenaline with an altitude difference of about 800 m.
The Palon chairlift has a capacity of 1250 skiers per hour.
The chairs are three-seater for transporting skiers. For transport without skis (both in winter and summer) you can climb a maximum of two per chair.
