On Sunday 5 October 2025, a small mountain village recalls the knowledge and flavours of the past, Garniga Terme.
"Taste" is the food and wine event organized by "Proloco di Garniga Terme", in collaboration with the other voluntary associations in the country and the support of the Trento Tourism Company, Monte Bondone, which involves the whole country in a day dedicated to the enhancement and promotion of the Alpine territory and its products with stands and tastings, a photographic exhibition and workshops for adults and children.
The village terrace becomes a stage for traditions and conviviality: the warm sound of an accordion accompanies visitors on a journey into the scents and flavours of yesteryear. Among markets of typical local products, demonstrations of ancient crafts and interactive workshops, adults and children can rediscover the charm of craftsmanship. From the processing of malga cheese to the preparation of pork pasta, every experience becomes an opportunity to relive the authentic culture of the mountain together.
