Dolo-Vini-Miti is an event dedicated to discovering the wines and food and wine excellences of Val di Cembra and the Fiemme area. The event offers an opportunity to get to know and enhance the local wine culture, through moments of encounter, tasting and conviviality.
One of the evenings will be held in Albiano, offering the opportunity to live an experience linked to the flavours, traditions and culture of the area. An event aimed at enthusiasts and the curious, to discover and appreciate the peculiarities of the Val di Cembra in a pleasant and engaging atmosphere:

The value of terraced landscapes between Pris and UNESCO

From North to South, passing through the Centre and the Islands: stories of territories shaped and preserved over time, from the Cembra Valley to Etna, from Chianti to the Amalfi Coast. The conference inaugurates Dolo-Vini-Miti, the festival dedicated to the vertical wines of the Cembra Valley, and compares experiences, skills and perspectives on the cultural, landscape and economic value of the terraced territories.
