The format in which Trentodoc is stored has the ability to influence its maturation, evolution, and elegance. A tasting, a sensory journey that compares six mountain bubbles, both in standard bottle (0.75l) and in magnum (1.5l). Led by Roberto Anesi and Simone Loguercio, respectively the Best Sommeliers of Italy 2017 and 2018 from the Italian Sommelier Association.
The Trentodoc labels being tasted will be published on the Trentodoc App five minutes before the event to allow the kindly guests to consult the technical sheets and jot down their notes.
