Starting from the Bindesi hut, accessible by car from Trento, follow trail 412 which goes up towards the Maranza hut. Leave trail 412 at Sas del Carpen by taking the forest road to the right to reach the Brusaferro battery. The return is along the old military road that descends to the Pianizza farm. From there, return via an easy road to the Bindesi hut.
The II sector of the Fortress started from the village of Valsorda and occupied the southern area of the Marzola.
