Location and Setting
Located at Via San Marco 11, just a short walk from Buonconsiglio Castle, this historic trattoria dates back to the second half of the 15th century and is one of the oldest establishments in Trento. Lovingly restored in the 1980s by Fabio and Lucia Dal Palù, it is now run by their family, who keep its traditional spirit alive.
Atmosphere and Dining Room
The atmosphere is romantic and refined: three 15th-century dining rooms adorned with vaulted ceilings, ancient beams, and lamps that cast a warm glow. In the summer, a fully equipped outdoor terrace is added, perfect for al fresco dining in a charming historic setting
Cuisine and culinary offerings
The cuisine, firmly rooted in the Trentino region, is creatively reinterpreted by Chef Giacomo Franini, who uses seasonal ingredients and follows tradition while adding a contemporary touch
