Maso Martis - Azienda Agricola Biologica is an organic farm located in the hamlet of Martignano, on the hills overlooking the city of Trento. Surrounded by 12 hectares of vineyards cultivated at an altitude of about 450 m above sea level, this company was founded in 1990 by the Stelzer family's passion for viticulture and for quality production deeply rooted in respect for the territory and nature.
The company specialises in the production of classic Trentodoc wines and sparkling wines, the result of vineyards exposed to the sun and caressed by the alpine breeze. From the outset, the choice to adopt organic viticulture, certified by ICEA since 2013, reflects a concrete commitment to protecting the environment and soil health, encouraging biodiversity and the exclusion of synthetic chemicals or genetically modified organisms.
The production process combines tradition and artisanal care: the harvest is strictly manual and the aging in the cellar is designed to enhance the varietal characteristics and the terroir of the high hills. Family management and teamwork in the field and in the cellar give Maso Martis wines a distinctive, elegant and faithful character to the production year.
