Cantina Vivallis Società Cooperativa Agricola is a historic winery in Vallagarina (province of Trento), which combines over a century of cooperative tradition and a deep territorial identity with the production of authentic and diversified wines. Its origins date back to 1908, when Don Giovanni Battista Panizza promoted the union of local winegrowers, starting a cooperation that would have strengthened the role of small farmers in the wine market. In 2004 this historical legacy merged into the Vivallis brand (where "Vi" recalls winemakers, vines, wine and life, and "Vallis" underlines the link with the Latin roots of the valley).
Today the winery collects and processes grapes from over 900 hectares of vineyards cultivated by about 700 winegrowers, thanks to a team of agronomists and oenologists who work to combine respect for tradition and the use of modern technologies. The production objective is to capture the culture, history and passion of the Vallagarina territory in the wines, while offering current and quality products.
The oenological range of Vivallis is wide and articulated: it includes Trentino Doc and Trento Doc wines, native varieties such as Marzemino and other references from international grape varieties, as well as thematic lines such as Depero (homage to art and creativity), STIF 2059 (reference to dialectal tradition and local geography) and Piwi wines with resistant and sustainable grape varieties. Among the sparkling wines, the Trento Doc "Valentini di Weinfeld" bottles stand out, dedicated to the historic production of bubbles in the area.
The winery offers guided tours, tastings and a point of sale where you can get to know and directly taste the richness of the wines produced, thus enhancing the experience of those who want to deepen the link between the landscape, viticulture and oenological culture.
