On Saturday 14 February 2026, at the Provincial Wine Shop of Trentino – Palazzo Roccabruna, there will be an educational workshop dedicated to tasting honey, wine and cheese, a guided tour to discover combinations, aromas and flavours of the Trentino area.
A sensory experience dedicated to those who want to deepen their knowledge of honey and its interactions with wine and cheese.
Expert taster Marina Schmohl will accompany the participants to discover the organoleptic characteristics of different varieties of honey and the best combinations with selected cheeses and local wine. Through a guided tour - where it will be possible to taste the honeys awarded at the "Concorso dei Mieli del Trentino" - the tasting techniques and the most harmonious combinations of honey, cheese and wine will be illustrated.
