An experience to discover how today's base wine will become a Trentodoc tomorrow, tasting them together to uncover the origins and elegance of the mountain bubbles. The tasting will be held in English and will be conducted by Essi Avellan, Master of Wine, and Roberto Anesi, Best Sommelier of Italy 2017 from the Italian Sommelier Association.
The Trentodoc labels being tasted will be published on the Trentodoc App five minutes prior to the event to allow the esteemed guests to consult the technical sheets and take their own notes.
