Escargot à la Bourguignonne, noodles with snail sauce, snail dessert and much more. In the agritur I do lumazi the kitchen specialises in the creation of real culinary works of art based on snails but also on typical Trentino dishes.
It is a unique Agritur, particularly intimate for the limited number of seats, and for the sympathy and hospitality of the couple of managers. The decor is characteristic and takes up the main theme of the dishes where the snail reigns supreme with original snails and placeholders.
The farm is owned by the farm. The enclosure, which has an outdoor farm of full-cycle snails derived from the Helix Pomatia species.
Snail dishes are part of an ancient gastronomic tradition widespread in the Cembra Valley and in many valleys of Trentino and maintained only in a few places. From this and from an unusual passion comes the attempt of the managers to propose the snail with creative and seductive recipes aimed at curious stomachs not only local but international.
