The short bread supply chain, with love and care
Bakery that produces "pinaitro bread", made with Pinetana flour whose wheat was grown on the Plateau and ground in the Moser mill in Prada. The stone mill of the old water-powered mill in the locality of Prada-Faida, turning slowly, keeps intact all the organoleptic characteristics of the wheat, a genuine product grown in the Piné countryside.
