The farm's land and animal care produce true sustainability
The word "sustainability" embodies the philosophy of the Le Mandre Farm: in summer the farm's animals (cows, sheep, pigs and chickens) are always on the pasture and feed on fresh and healthy grass, in winter they feed on hay set aside during the year. Thanks to the care and respect for animals and the link with the territory, genuine and delicious products such as cow, sheep and goat cheeses, ricotta and yogurt are produced. The company also breeds breeds at risk of extinction such as the mochena goat to protect biodiversity.
The ice cream of Le Mandre is famous for its goodness, as are the visits to the stable and the tastings of the products.
A visit to Le Mandre is an experience for the palate and also for the eyes: from the farm you can lose your gaze in the enchanting view of the lakes of the Plateau.
